Weekly Wonders
This week has been filled with shopping, dinner with friends, and playing with Ollie, of course. I've been taking him on longer walks and he's been loving it. Next week is going to be really busy, but I can't wait! I'm using this weekend to catch up with some friends and do some spring cleaning. A few things on my mind this week: 1. Furbish Studio's Pop Up Shop- It's no secret I love this shop. While I have yet to go to the actual store, I'm always looking online and waiting for their new arrivals each week. This week, they had a "Vintage & One of a Kind" pop up shop, and it was amazing! I bought a few new pieces to update my apartment and I can't wait for them to come in. My favorite buy? This framed cross-stitch piece. Shop the sale here & use the code "Finds" for 20% off!
2. Lauren Conrad's Green Cleaning Post: While this article may be from about a year ago, they recently republished it so those of us about to "Spring Clean" our homes could read it. I love the idea of not using any harsh chemicals and buying healthy, good-smelling products to clean my apartment. Read the post here.
3. Shailene Woodley: I loved Shailene Woodley's feature on Into the Gloss, and can't wait to read her cover story in this month's Teen Vogue & Marie Claire. Also, who else could pull off this menswear look like she did?
4. This Dress: Okay, so obviously I've been online shopping this week, but I do feel like it was at least a little deserved after I cleaned out 3 trash bags of clothes last month (I'm not a hoarder, I swear). I also went through my ever growing sweater collection this week and cleaned that out, too. Anyway, this dress has been on my mind ever since the first time I saw it on Pixie Market a few months ago. It quickly sold out in my size, but when it came back in stock this week, I purchased it immediately. Shop it here.
5. My Trip to L.A.: You know those things that just seem too good to be real sometimes? Well, that's how I've been feeling about my upcoming trip to Los Angeles. I am SO excited to announce why I'm going (soon, I promise!), but for now I'm trying to figure out what to wear and where to eat!
