Top: here. Skirt: here. Shoes: here. In case you weren't aware, Marc Jacobs hired a new design director this year. Luella Bartley has taken over the helm and injected the label with a whole new look. When I saw this neon colored top (now on sale!) from the runway show, I knew I had to have it. The colors are bright, but the long sleeves make it fall appropriate.
